Difficulty Balancing and Character Bios Update

Changed how the AI varies through the nights and made the characters slower so that players have more time to react to animatronics. Also made it so when you hover over a character after clicking the "Characters" tab, a short bio that tells you a bit about the character shows up. That's all for now!
